INCOME TAX SERVICE

The Income Tax Service offers tax preparation services to the general Farm Bureau membership in participating Farm Bureau offices.  The Service annually prepares more than 35,000 returns for membership, making it the largest Farm Bureau tax service in the nation.  Being located in the County Farm Bureau office provides a convenient and friendly location. Our tax practitioners are trained in all types of returns including farm, small business, individual, and employment tax.  The Farm Bureau practitioner provides friendly personal service while working with members to ensure all allowable deductions are taken on their tax returns.  All tax practitioners receive continuing tax education and professional training each year.  In addition to advanced training, practitioners have year-round access to technical support and research through the Company's home office.  Many practitioners have received their Enrolled Agent (EA) designation.  An Enrolled Agent is a person who has been granted enrollment to practice before the Internal Revenue Service based on that person's special competence in tax matters demonstrated by written examination administered by the IRS.
